I have been working one to one with clients in person since 2022 as well as coaching group strength and conditioning classes and field sport teams. My experience in Health & Fitness spans much longer than that. I have spent my life competing at the top of several sports with my most current being Senior County Camogie with Waterford.
I have built a strong group of one to one clients the majority of which are women. Most of these women are mothers (with babies to teenagers and beyond) and they came to me looking for help to get strong, fit and healthy AND to gain confidence in the gym but more importantly in everyday life. I have worked with these women over the months and even years with some to smash their original goals and inadvertently create new, more challenging goals that they are striving towards!

We can discuss your goals and get started on a specific plan that works for you. My goal is to improve the health and confidence of every person I work with, giving them the ability to live a more functional and more enjoyable life!
